Using our internal trade-in platform, powered by our partnership with leading industry providers, we’ll assess the market value of your devices and generate a competitive trade-in quote.

You’ll receive a detailed quote via email in PDF format, outlining the value of your devices. This quote will include a breakdown of each device’s value based on its condition and current market demand.

Review the quote at your convenience. Our team is available to answer any questions or provide additional information if needed.

Once you’re satisfied with the offer, simply accept the quote. At this stage, you’ll have the option to either schedule a free courier collection or drop off the devices at our Cheltenham office.

For local businesses, we offer the convenience of dropping off your devices directly at our office at 22d Bamfurlong Industrial Park, Cheltenham GL51 6SX. Our team will assist with the handover and ensure your devices are securely logged into our system.

If dropping off isn’t convenient, we’ll arrange a free courier collection from your business premises. We take care of all logistics, ensuring your devices are securely packaged and transported to our processing facility.

At Premier Telecom, data security is our top priority. Every device undergoes certified data erasure to ensure all sensitive information is permanently removed. This process meets the highest industry standards for data protection.

Once the devices are received at our facility, they are thoroughly inspected and assessed to confirm their condition matches the details provided. Any discrepancies are communicated to you promptly, and the quote is adjusted if necessary.

After processing, you’ll receive a final confirmation of the device status, including a report on the data erasure process and the final assessed value of the devices.

Following the successful assessment and data erasure, payment will be processed based on the final accepted quote. Payments are typically made within 14 days of the final confirmation.
