5. Warranty and Liability

• 5.2 Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the goods, or, at our discretion, a refund of the purchase price. Under no circumstances does Premier Telecom provide refunds except under the specific warranty conditions outlined here.
• 5.3 Premier Telecom shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or depletion of goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the price paid for the goods or services that are the subject of the claim.
• 5.4 The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidental damage, or unauthorised repairs.
