Premier Technology’s journey began in Gloucester in 1998, originally as Cellphones—a successful retail business operating two well-known mobile phone shops. Built on honest advice and outstanding service, we quickly became a trusted name in the community. The same principle still underpins everything we do today.

In 2014, recognising the growing needs of local businesses, we transitioned into a dedicated B2B company—Premier Telecom (Cheltenham) LTD—focusing solely on business communications and technology.

As our services expanded from traditional telecoms into broader IT and connectivity solutions, the business evolved again, now trading as Premier Technology. This name better reflects the full range of solutions we offer today, from telecoms to IT, networks, and security.

We built Premier Technology because we saw what was missing. As the telecoms and IT industry became dominated by large, formulaic providers, something important was lost: genuine service, real relationships, and flexible support. With over 25 years of experience in telecoms and IT, he’s led the company’s evolution into a trusted business technology partner.
