All month, we've been asking for your nominations for the Premier Business Spotlight—our way of recognising the independent businesses who really make a difference in our area. The aim has been simple: to shine a light on businesses who deliver genuine value, whether through fantastic customer service, getting involved in the community, or simply showing up and doing things right, day after day.
Nominations have now closed, and, there was a mix of personal stories, heartfelt recommendations, and people simply wanting to give credit where it's due. Some businesses were put forward by their loyal customers, others by family and friends who see the effort that goes in behind the scenes. There were even a few self-nominations—which is entirely in the spirit of the campaign.
After going through each submission, the team at Premier Technology has selected three finalists for May. These are businesses that stand out for their dedication, their personality, and their commitment to raising the bar locally.
Now it's over to the community. Voting is open, and the business with the most votes will receive a three-course meal for two at Settebello – Bellegrave House, while the person who nominated them will get a JBL Bluetooth speaker as a thank you. All remaining nominators will also receive a box of chocolates—because a bit of appreciation goes a long way.
